Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled cruise departure.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure are non-refundable.
If a guest does not arrive on time for the cruise and fails to attend the booking, this will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Requests to change the date of a booking are accepted only subject to availability and at no extra charge.
Karpathos Blue Cruises cannot guarantee that an alternative date will be available.
Partial cancellations or reductions in the number of guests are not refundable.
For example, if a booking is made for 6 guests and only 4 guests attend, no refund will be issued for the missing guests.

Approved refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Karpathos Blue Cruises does not charge any cancellation or processing fee for approved refunds.
However, the time needed for the refunded amount to appear in the guest’s account depends on the bank or payment provider and may vary.
