In case of cancellation, refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation. Early cancellations may be eligible for a refund, while last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that do not allow the safe operation of the cruise, the experience may either be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Guests are required to follow the captain’s instructions and comply with all safety guidelines throughout the experience. Karpathos Blue is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or for incidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

The maximum capacity of the yacht is up to 10 guests, and exceeding this limit is not permitted. We reserve the right to modify routes or schedules if necessary due to safety reasons or external conditions.
